Founder and owner Trish Riggs brings more than 40 years of catering and event management experience to Joe To Go.
Joe To Go was one of the first espresso catering businesses when it was founded by Trish in Denver in 1999. Since then, she has built Joe To Go Espresso Catering into a trusted name in specialty beverage catering, traveling all over the country with offices in Denver and Columbus. She is personally involved with every event while leading an experienced team of professional baristas.
